Returns & Exchanges

At Huntsman Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of the package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
